工作内容:1. Timely effective complete the reporting process of customer specific reports and internal performance reports.及时高效地向客户提供月度及季度或定制报告、内部评估报告等。2. Contract renew and account health management合同续约和账号健康管理3. Accurately complete the supplier information form, annual audit report and other relevant reports.准确完成供应商信息的新建及填写,审计报告及其他相关报告或文件的填写。4. To maintain business relationship with existing customers by contacting the customer on a regularly basis to improve customer service satisfaction.与现有客户定期沟通并维护良好关系以提升客户服务满意度。5. Interact with operation, sales, finance (contract process) departments for following up company procedure to enhance clients’ satisfaction.与运营、销售及财务等部门密切配合,遵从公司的相关流程,提升客户满意度。6. Professional and efficient answer customer questions, timely and efficient feedback and follow up customer service complaints专业高效的解答客户问询,及时高效反馈并跟进客户服务投诉等7. API Communication客户涨价沟通及谈判8. Identity new opportunities through relationship building and issue resolution确认新的销售机会,并交接给销售经理跟进9. Keep close reporting relationship with superiors and finish other assigned work.与上级领导保持紧密的联系并完成其交代的其他工作。Qualifications任职要求1. Bachelor degree CET-4 or above, Proficient in English reading, writing, listening and speaking.大学本科,大学英语四级及以上,一定的英语听说读写能力;2. Good at Microsoft Office.熟悉办公软件应用软件;3.
